Question: The download links I received are no longer active.
Answer: Download links are temporary and are only active for three days or four download attempts. Please make sure to download your purchased data immediately and store it securely.
Question: The files are not recognized as ZIP archives and cannot be unzipped.
Answer: Sometimes the file extensions are changed or removed during the download; this happens more often with Mozilla Firefox browser, and cannot be prevented from our side. This only affects the filename, and not the structure of the file, so you will only need to add the correct .ZIP extension of the file name.
Note: Your file browser may be set not to display file extensions. In this case you will first need to enable this feature. For Windows users: Open explorer and go to Tools>> Folder Options>> View and make sure to uncheck the option "Hide extensions for known file types".
